Daily support

Keep the system healthy during normal operation.

  • Review failed flows each morning.
  • Check unassigned intake requests.
  • Review overdue approvals and escalations.
  • Confirm status shells were created for the period.
  • Monitor user questions and recurring friction.

Common fixes

Known fixes for predictable operational issues.

  • Reassign approval when sponsor is out.
  • Refresh connection reference after credential changes.
  • Reopen clarification request when requester updates wrong field.
  • Correct status record marked current incorrectly.
  • Repair missing project lookup on RAID or status records.

Escalation path

When support should move from PMO admin to technical owner.

  • Flow fails repeatedly after retry.
  • Security role exposes incorrect records.
  • Power BI refresh fails after schema change.
